- Monkey Proof - Dutch version of Idiot Proof
- Thingy - Dutch version of thing
- Fuckwit - Aussie verision of idiot
- WWJD - What Would Jochem Do
- Mandals - Mens sandales or Teva's
- Wakey, Wakey hands off Snakey - Aussie wake up call for Jochem.
- Wingeing Pom - Aussie for whining Englishman
- Bump In - Load in set up
- Bump Out - Strike and load out
- Yia Sou (Phonetic) - Greek for Hello, informal singular
- Yia Sous (Phonetic) - Hello, formal plural
- Eff Harry Sto (Phonetic) - Thank you
- Pa Ra Kalo (Phonetic) - Your welcome
- Ney - Yes
- Ohi - No
- Ska Ta (Phonetic) - Shit
- Pou Ta Na (Phonetic) - Bitch
- Go Australia (Fast, loud, and drawn out) - Aussie for 'Go Australia!'
- Hoop, Holland, Hoop - Dutch for 'Go Hollend!'
- Steveing (#1) - Telling stories and doing nothing while working
- Steveing (#2) - Wingeing American style
- Steveing (#3) - Dressing like a Florida tourist
- Steveing (#4) - Asking young attractive women if they would like to sit on your lap while on a golf cart
- Technical cookie - Cookies on Jochem's desk
- Red Room - AOB Relief Crew office
- Task force - Steve's version of relief crew
- Shrapnel (old one) - Any metal money
- Bongos - American term for euros
- Mag and Bag - Xray and Metal detector
- Lemonade - Bourbon and Sprite aka Aussie sleeping pill
- Jabba the Hut - Itallian commentator
- Smurfs - AOB crew in light blue uniform
- Greek Minute - Half a day
- Greek Hour - Always the next day
- Maybe tomorrow - Greek reponse to request. To be repeated on a daily basis
- Jocheming (#1) - Driving fast, ignoring red lights, and police cars with flashing lights
- Jocheming (#2) - Wingeing while trying to up load his web page on a noisy phoneline.
- Blue Line - Line painted on the road from Marthon to Athens. Represents 'Ideal' line for runners. Looks like it was painted by a drunk driver.
- Sweat Shop - Albanian owned local gyros shop
- Hurh, de hurh, du hor, de hurh - Aussie speaking Dutch
- Full as an egg - Aussie for fat & full
- What do you reckon? - Aussie & Dutch for 'What do you think?'
- Bulgarians - Badly behaveing reporters
- Form 6166 - IRS form stating that you are a US taxpayer and you paid taxes last year. So you don't get double taxed. Takes 2 months to get.
- Aussie bubble gum - condoms, used to protect certain components on the camera boats
- Materism - Hiring your male runners mother because she would do a better job.
- Men's Beach - Dive Bar, local beach club and Aussie drinking local
